FAQ’s
Do you do late nights?
Yes. We trade until 7PM on Tuesdays/Fridays and until 8:30PM on Wednesdays/Thursdays.
Do you have parking?
Yes. A small private parking lot is located at the back of the salon off Lisburn St.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the card on file for 50% of your scheduled appointment.
What is your redo policy?
We understand that from time to time a client may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 2 weeks of their visit. It is always encouraged that unhappy clients return to their original stylist. If for some reason someone is not comfortable working with their original stylist, we will re-book them for a redo with another technician. At Hair By The Collective we stand behind our work, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
